Products include incense sticks, accessories, and handmade home items.
All products are subject to availability.
While we make every effort to display colours, textures, and descriptions accurately, please note:

Actual items may vary slightly due to:

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment methods are specified at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, but this does not affect accepted orders.
5. Ordering and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer, which we may accept or decline.
Order confirmation email serves as proof of acceptance.
6. Delivery
Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Delivery times/costs are specified at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Return policy:
Unused, unopened items in original packaging with proof of purchase may be returned within 31 days of delivery ( Please contact us via noariscents@gmail.com for return instructions).
Non-returnable items: opened/ used products, Custom/personalised products, perishables, unsealed hygiene-sensitive items, and goods mixed post-delivery.
Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
Faulty Products: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, notify us within 30 days for replacements/refunds.
8. Cancellations
Pre-Dispatch: Cancel before dispatch via email.
Post-Dispatch: Treated as a return under the Returns Policy (above)
9. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by NOARI Scents and protected under UK/international law.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

Not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
