Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
Delivery
Costs & Times: Calculated based on destination and service selected at checkout. While we provide estimated delivery windows, these are not guaranteed as delays may occasionally occur with carriers.
UK Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Responsibility: Ownership and risk of goods transfers to you upon delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive items - we cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage after successful delivery.
Cancelling Your Order
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us at noariscents@gmail.com. If cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and must comply with the Returns Policy below.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. You must notify us via email at noariscents@gmail.com within 31 days of delivery, clearly stating “I wish to return my order” along with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom-made products; perishable goods (including items with expiration dates); unsealed hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., opened products); and products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we will cover return expenses). We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as we cannot replace items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Please note that standard shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., dispatching the wrong item).
Faulty/Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may reject faulty items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us immediately - we'll cover return costs and provide a refund or replacement.
Gifts
Gift purchases will be refunded via gift voucher unless sent to the original purchaser.
